Emily loves learning and is passionate about helping to shape the Alberta education system. She brings an urban perspective along with that of an average student to the Council. Her main interest is the arts, but she enjoys the sciences too. She’s quiet but forthright with opinions and loves to discuss topics with others. She is very passionate about the role of youth in helping to make the future better. Emily’s interested in addressing the prevention of bullying in schools, the rights of minorities, language or cultural barriers in education and the relationship between student and teacher.
