Kelly is a whirlwind of eccentric activities involving heavy doses of the arts, politics, and dreaming. A defender of equality, Kelly is the founder of the Ardrossan Student Advisory Council, the Fort Saskatchewan Youth Arts Council, and a leading member of the Fort Saskatchewan Youth Action Council. Kelly is also one of thirty National Ambassadors for Bilingualism for 2011! Kelly is fluent in French, and is very excited to serve on the Minister’s Council! In his free time he enjoys song writing, playwriting, acting, singing and playing the bagpipes and piano, and of course, dreaming of the future.
